Dans Movement is a guided dance practice that invites you to reconnect with your body as a living, intelligent source of sensation, imagination, and vitality. Rather than learning steps, the class focuses on how it feels to move, offering time and space to be fully present, physically engaged, and supported as you explore movement in your own way.

Who this class is for?

The class is open to dancers, performers, athletes, and anyone who wants to move, listen to their body, and develop awareness, strength, and freedom; no prior dance experience is required, and each participant moves according to their own abilities and needs.
